The Power of God

Francisco Javier Arragan since his childhood has gone through difficult moments that later led him to submerge in alcohol and drugs. “I practically grew up alone, my parents had to go out of the country to work and I remained with my grandparents. From there the problems began, I was felt alone and despised. At the age of fourteen I got involved with addictions. Later I met my wife and we begin a family. But, even though I felt depressed, I was not getting along with my wife, what I wanted was to be by myself and have nothing bother. Time went by and I increasingly isolating myself from my family. There were many arguments between my wife and I. Financially the money was not enough, we lived in a room with another couple and four children, the misery was unbearable. Several times I wanted to divorce my wife, since together we were unable to move forward. I heard voices that said it was better for me to die, that I was worth nothing, three times I tried to kill my son, I used to hear something that told me that i should kill him. I thought that I would never be happy, that I was going to live in misery, and I was never going to conquer anything in my life. One day my brother-in-law invited us to take part in the chains of the Novena of the family in the Universal Church. We accept immediately, our desperation was so much that we do not hesitate to go. When we arrived we feel different and begin to make the chains. I began to see that God was answering our prayers. I was delivered from my addictions, of the depression, of those voices that were tormenting me. My economic life moved forward, I got the job that I always wanted; I have two houses and my new car. Today I have peace and the happiness that I never thought that I would find. My family is a close and happy family. Thanks to the Lord Jesus!

A Transformed Life

!“My name is Rene Castilian. I had problems with alcoholism, the alcohol had no effect on me, and since one problem leads to another, I got involved in drugs, which caused many problems with my wife. Everything that I was making was to sustain my addiction, the job, for which I was wrapped in several debts. I was on the verge of losing my family. Apart from this I was sick in my kidney; the doctors said to me that I could not continue drinking. I felt desperate; I was unable to solve all my problems. I knew the Universal Church through the television. One night that I couldn't sleep I watched a testimony similar to what I was going through.

When we decide to participate on Sunday and they were in the campaign of Israel. We made our sacrifice, and our family began to change. There is no more addictions, I was healed from my kidney problem, it was truly a miracle. I asked God for a house, my company, cars and God opened all the doors. In the Universal Church they taught me that in the campaign of Israel you ask for big things. And God truly gave me big things. I have my house, my company, my car and He also gave me a blessed family. Our lives changed drastically!”
